Web Connection is one of the fastest growing hotel digital marketing agencies in Southeast Asia generating revenue for hotels by providing a full suite of marketing, pricing and distribution solutions. We are an independent agency with over 30 years of experience in the online travel industry and 300+ clients across the region.
Due to business growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Representative based in Bangkok to work independently within their sales territory, reporting to our head office in Phuket.
Applicant Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Sales/Market Management role or similar
- Background in the hotel and/or online travel industry is a must
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Target-oriented, proactive and self-confident
- Well organized in planning strategies to hit sales targets
- Strong technical aptitude and problem solving skills
- Ability to travel frequently within sales territory
- Excellent spoken and written English
Responsibilities:
- Develop an expansion plan for new business
- Drive more business by developing relationships with existing clients
- Achieve a target number of sales calls, meetings and closed sales
- Analyse customers' needs and recommend the appropriate products and services
- Provide quotations and negotiate prices, terms and conditions
- Monitor costs to ensure profitability is maintained
- Perform sales administration duties on the company central reporting system

Graphic Designer
Location: Bangkok, Phuket Job Type: Full time
Graphic & Content Designer is a critical position specializing in creating new content and graphics to meet customers’ needs. Your role will include creatively utilizing expertise in designing programs (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). As a Graphic & Content Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best quality of work and creative ideas to meet customers’ needs. This role is highly important for ensuring customer satisfaction and for our organization’s success.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop graphic design for content marketing, online advertising, landing pages, video editing and motion graphic
- Brainstorm and develop with team member to set key visual for content marketing and social media campaign
- Work together with team members to ensure outcomes that meet deadlines and high quality standards
- Maintain required knowledge and continuously strive to improve design skills and graphics
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in graphic design or relevant field of work
- Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Communication Arts or related field
- Experience and knowledge in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator
- Experience in digital content marketing or online advertising
- Be able to work self-organized and prioritize tasks within tight deadlines
- Team player with positive thinking attitude, energetic and eager to learn more about digital content marketing
